The challenges and opportunities for employees at ATI are that it is hard work but if an employee is capable of handling the rigorous workload, then they have many opportunities for advancement in the company. The company recruits talented workers by being a large company that is good at what they do, and talent is attracted by the opportunities that are offered.
The major functions of management for ATI are mostly supervisional. The management of the company’s primary job is to handle large scale issues as well as deal with any large scale projects or any kind of typical managerial duties.
ATI is a company that relies heavily on their skilled labor force and just like any other large company, teamwork and communication is something of great importance. At a company where workers are doing the labor they do at ATI, leadership and teamwork can come at any level of the company including the ground floors.
When working at ATI, the employees are typically encouraged and motivated due to the ability to move up within the company. With many corporations, employees may lack motivation due to the inability to move and and be promoted within the company. However, at a company such as ATI, hard work and time is all it truly takes to move up the ladder.
